our consulting hours are different from our office hours.
Reception and nursing staff are available during office
hours for advice, sales and repeat prescriptions.

All consultations are by appointment,
however we will endeavour to see those clients who forget
to call us to arrange a specific time. We always make
room for emergencies and leave enough slack in the system
to allow for last minute urgent cases. Please note that
we are closed on Bank Holidays, Saturday afternoons and
Sundays. During these times, at weekends and during the
night, our emergency service is provided by the Oxford
Veterinary Emergency Clinic (OVEC) at Botley Road, Oxford. OVEC can be contacted on 01865 253699 (out
